Subscription and Cancellation Terms

Subscription begins as soon as your payment is processed. You will be charged the monthly, 3 month, or 6 month rate listed at the time of purchase plus any applicable taxes. Your subscription will renew automatically on your subscription date for each plan until you cancel. If you cancel a subscription before it has expired, you may continue using the product until the expiration date. Payments are non-refundable. Renewal rates are subject to change, but we'll always notify you beforehand. Cancellations can be made any time by visiting your Account Page or by contacting Customer Support.

Monthly Billing Plan
Recurring payments are collected on the same day of each month. If the initial recurring payment falls on the 29th, 30th, or the 31st, the billing cycle will adjust itself to the 1st of the month.

Example: Monthly recurring payments first collected on May 31st.
The subscriber will be billed on the dates as follows:

July 31, August 31, October 1, November 1, and so on. Notice that no recurring monthly payment was collected in September, but recurring payments were collected roughly every 30 days.

3 Month Billing Plan
3 month billing plan automatically renews every 3 months and the 3 month fee is collected every 3 months until cancelled.

6 Month Billing Plan
6 month billing plan automatically renews every 6 months and the 6 month fee is collected every 6 months until cancelled.
