**How to export pipe centerlines:**

In [[Project Explorer]] locate your [[piping_system|Piping System]]. Right click and select 'Export DXF'.

**The Pipeline Export Dialog** seen below will appear on screen. Here you can adjust units and change other settings as needed.

Choose a file export path and click 'OK'.

Import the DXF file into a CAD piping program to model pipe using the scan fitted centerlines.
