Our team combines industry standard software with state of the art laser scanning technology to create as built pipe models and model existing tie-ins for your new piping designs.
Point Cloud Isolation
Isolation of pointcloud data provides improved visualization of items captured by the scanner. Isolation is where we take systems and components in the pointcloud and assign them to individual groups or layers. These layers can be turned on/off providing clarity and focus to systems of interest. Point cloud isolations provide the designer a clutter free approach to modeling with laser scan data.
Marine Industry Scanning
Use 3D laser scan data to visualize shipboard piping systems and as-built information. We can create docking plans, surface models, and hulls curves for stability analysis and more.
CAD Design and Revit
Use scan data to create CAD models, floor plans, and elevations. Our isolated scan data allows designers to view items more easily by selectively hiding items in the point cloud.
Point Cloud Meshing
We create mesh models from laser scan data. Use mesh models of existing equipment to represent as-builts, tie-ins for new design work, or to manage facility space and equipment.
Clash Detection
