The Point Cloud Coloring tools are accessible via the Point Cloud Coloring icon found in the main upper toolbar under 'Home > Display'.
Options found in the pull-down ↓
Point Group Color
This mode displays the various Point Groups for scans that have been assigned (i.e. segmented, isolated, classified) to a point group layer via the Kohera3D Spectrum module.
Color By Scan (default)
In this mode, point clouds are assigned a base color by rotating through 15 different colors. This mode makes it easier to see which scan produced which points. If more than 15 scans are present, the colors will be repeated.
Color As Scanned (use this option to view colorized scans)
This mode displays the color from a colorized scan file when color is available. Otherwise it behaves as “Uniform Scan Color,” that is, grayscale.
Intensity As Hue
All points are colored based on their intensity value.
Uniform Scan Color
This mode assigns a single base color to all scans. The default base color is white. The base color can be changed using the Options dialog found in the Application Menu.
